In the 40s of the XIX century, when photography became a kind of fine art, the English photographer Roger Fenton made the first wedding photo in history. And since at that time have as much luxury as photography, not everyone could, of course, the first of its owners were representatives of royal blood – Princess Victoria and Prince Albert. The princess appeared in front of the camera in a luxurious white dress, and from that moment it became an integral attribute of the wedding day.
